Preparation of architectural, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, landscape architecture and infrastructure engineering design and drawings. Preparation of the cost estimate and works contract tender documents.

Project Information  

The project is located in the Sivas Organized Industrial Zone and sits on a parcel of around 20.000 m2. It consists of one administrative building with a total construction area of around 2.000 m2 and of workshop units with varying sizes with a total closed area of around 8.000 m2.

The project is funded by EU and the Republic of Turkey under IPA programme.
